Rebuild brick chimney, add flashing, add rain cap
I have been getting a house ready to sell. In the past year,Steve Cichos resurfaced stairs, repaired cracks in a cement porch and resurfaced it, and tore out and replaced a large portion of my driveway. He really works hard to do quality work. His prices are really reasonable. So when an buyer's inspector discovered leaks around my chimney, Steve tore down multiple courses of brick to get to the suspect area, replaced the brickwork, added new flashing and installed a raincap. The brick work is just beautiful. ?He does a lot of his work between his regular jobs, so you'll want to plan in advance. He is good about forecasting when he can get to a job, and is especially good about communicating any delays in starting. Once he starts, he gets the job done as planned. He keeps in touch by phone on a regular basis if you can't be there. One thing that I really like about him is that he has his kids help him out. He has taught them a great work ethic, and they are learning the trade as they go.
